Troy received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from the University of North Texas. He currently works in watercolor, acrylic, ink, pencil, and encaustic.

An exploration in color and texture.

I am working to explore translating the feel and effects of watercolor painting on a larger scale using different textures and discovering new techniques. I am currently increasing the size of the work and adding textures through fabrics such as cheesecloth. I continue to paint in watercolor but at a much smaller scale.
